Our professional full service program includes opening and closing of your pool, hiring all staff to include Certified Pool Operators, Lifeguards, desk attendants, snack bar staff, coordinating all meetings and inspections with the Board of Health which includes applying for permits, filling out all paperwork and ensuring proper rules and regulations of the state and local laws, maintaining all day to day operation of running the facility, power washing of the deck and acid washing of the pool, ordering and tracking all the chemicals your pool requires daily, 24 hour response for maintenance issues, cleaning and maintaining the pool and deck area, bathrooms and pool house.

NYS Pool Management realizes that for Homeowner Association (HOA's) board members are generally voluntary unpaid positions. NYS Pool Management provides the framework, staffing, chemicals and operation it takes to make a successful and trouble free swim year.
